Our Process
Our fries are always cut fresh! We vow to never use pre-cut frozen fries full of preservatives. We cut our potatoes shoestring style and soak them overnight in water with vinegar. We then drain all the water and fry them at a low temp until they are cooked. We cool them and then wait for you to walk up to our window and order! Thats when we drop your order of fries to get them nice and crispy, hence-the double fried method! We then toss them in our homemade seasoning and what you get is fries that'll make you shout "HOLY FRIES!" and take you straight to fry heaven. Fries so good, it'll make you want to consume a bucket. You'll never want to go back to store bought frozen fries again.
About Us
We are a brand new, family owned food business on wheels living our best dream! (established 2025). It all begins with Chef Jorge and his passion and love for cooking. He loves being able to serve others! He is from Chile, so you will often see a "Chef Rootz" section on the menu featuring Chilean items - he loves having people taste the flavors of his country! Of course, he would not be able to do what he does without his awesome, rockstar wife who you've probably given your order to. Next time you see the big blue shiny food trailer, stop by and say hi! Oh yea and don't forget to get some fresh cut fries!!!
